If you look at the map of this neighborhood, the name is derived from the shape of the layout of this neighborhood. It is a quiet and quaint neighborhood with its central position being one of the primary reasons why real estate buyers find it desirable. Even though this neighborhood is innately tranquil, it is close to the bustling nightlife of San Francisco along with its hottest shopping districts. Another reason why it is a desirable community in terms of the real estate industry is the fact that it sees less fog than some parts of San Francisco.
