Danielle Lazier has been a San Francisco real estate industry innovator since 2002. She created one of the first real estate blogs in the country, SFHotlist.com—now DanielleLazier.com—and has a long history of leveraging top tech in her clients’ favor. Over 800 buyers and sellers have relied on Danielle’s market knowledge and expert counsel, and she has a high ratio of return and referral clientele. Having grown up in both New Jersey and Dallas, Texas, and having attended college in Connecticut, Danielle’s friendly yet direct East Coast assertiveness is tempered by Texas charm, which is especially effective in negotiations. Resilience, creativity, and independence were instilled in her by her father, an energy analyst and single dad, and she learned early-on how to connect with people of diverse backgrounds. In real estate, this helped her build her thriving business from scratch, starting at a young age with no contacts, no network, and no clients.

 

In 2013, Danielle began to build a team and cultivate a collaborative group of skilled professionals. Together, they manage every moment of the real estate experience.
