Real Estate
Hi friends,
Today, we’ve prepared for you a special treat. The recipe's simple, but results are neat!
To peer in the future and see what’s the fix, into your bubbling cauldron mix:
Simmer eight hours, stir occasionally. Let cool and serve our…
(Okay, we don't actually have a crystal ball to tell the future. But why let that ruin our fun making educated guesses?)
Our predictions include what will happen to mortgage rates, home prices, real estate strategy and trends next year. For example, will interest rates come crashing back down?
Rates may soften slightly. It's helpful to keep perspective. They're not 3%, but mortgage rates remain firmly in "average" territory, historically speaking.

How about something you can totally count on next year?
We'll still be here to help you make smart real estate decisions and enhance your home life.
As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions. Have a lovely festive season, and keep in touch!
Warmly,
The Vivre Real Estate team
