A Wet Start to a New Year for the SF Bay Area

SF Bay Area Vivre Real Estate Newsletter

January 2023

Hi friends, what a way to start the year! In spite of the weather, we wanted to take a moment to shake off the rain and wish you a happy and healthy 2023.

The holidays are a time when our homes are at the forefront: hosting, cooking, serving, celebrating. If we helped you find your current home, we hope it fared you well. If you feel it's time for a change, you know who to call. 😎

We also extend our best wishes for safety to those experiencing the worst of heavy rains and flooding around the SF Bay Area. We're not out of the woods yet. For accurate, to-the-minute info, keep an eye on the National Weather Service - Bay Area on Twitter.

Though usually not this exciting, the new year is always an exciting time. It's a blank slate, a wide-open runway, ready for anything. If your goals this year include real estate, please reach out with any questions. We are here to serve and we love to talk shop!

Thank you for entrusting us with your real estate needs in 2022. Here's to a successful and fulfilling new year.

Warmly,
The Vivre Real Estate team
